With Strength and Splendor
The women in this galaxy of remarkable Jewish women each demonstrated determination, courage, and imagination that enabled them to challenge the boundaries of gender and social conventions and to forge new paths to enrich our world.
This project began as "Beauty, Brains and Brawn: The New World Balabuste", the Womens League exibit commemorating the 350th anniversary of the arrival of Jews in North America. Now expanded to 47 women and with a new title, "With Strength and Splendor"reflects how Jewish women disassambled old gender roles, shattered boundaries and expanded the options for future generations of women. "With Strength and Splendor" will make a wonderful gift for adult or teen bat mitzvahs, high school and college graduates, teachers, counselors, friends and family.

Hiddur Mitzvah
Womens League understands the power of community. We have been creating and enhacing communities of women for more than 90 years! Our theme for this years programming, convention and Torah Fund campaign is Kehillah Kedoshah: Celebrating Community, Woman to Woman.
Beautifully illustrated, the annual pocket size calendar lists holidays, candle-lighting times, Birkat HaMazon, and other information. It has space for notes and appointments, and a plastic cover is included.
